ARCH2ARCTIC
(Please make contact for updated details). Arch2Arctic is a world-first challenge to get to the Arctic island of Svalbard from London by human power alone. "Our route is broken down into four stages; a run from London to Dover (87 miles), a swim across the English Channel (21 miles), a cycle from Calais to Tromso, in northern Norway (over 2,000 miles) and finally a row to Longyearbyen, Svalbard (over 700 miles). We begin on the 10th June, 2017, and aim to reach our destination by the end of August. Our target is to raise over £100,000 for the Scout Association. This global charity gets young people outdoors and teaches them invaluable life lessons. We hope with our challenge by representing the Scouts we will also inspire young people to dream big. Their fundraising team are fully behind this expedition and will be helping us promote it as much as possible. We are looking for the final couple of partners to fully fund the expedition. We still need to secure £20,000 of our £85,000 expedition costs. We have a variety of different packages on offer - please see
http://www.arch2arctic.com/sponsorship. We have soft launched for now but will look to do a hard launch in May, with a PR event involving the Scouts and our ocean rowing boat. This is a unique and very demanding challenge which, due to its longevity, will offer followers on social media the ultimate vicarious experience of an extraordinary expedition, carried out by two ordinary men. We will leverage the publicity we receive to the benefit of our sponsors through the means mentioned on our sponsorship page - http://www.arch2arctic.com/sponsorship". Contact: Leopold van Lynden. The Arts Cup - Varsity Challenge

Varsity is the most important event of the year in the UAL sporting calendar. UAL's rivalry with Goldsmiths University stretches back some seven years and is aptly named The Arts Cup. Students can expect a full day of sporting fixtures, from Ultimate Frisbee to Cheerleading. Arriving from 10.00am, hundreds of students compete and support their fellow athletes playing a variety of sports across multiple levels. After the trials of the day, all involved students alongside their friends will celebrate (or commiserate) at the Arts Cup after-party.

Sponsor benefits include: presence at the Arts Cup Varsity; sponsor logo on all competitive UAL sports shirts; sponsor logo on promotional banners; logo and thanks on all social, digital and email promotion regarding the event.

Sports Ball

Arts SU host the annual Sports Ball with 400 students celebrating in style at Café de Paris, central London - an unmissable opportunity for you to reach creative and sporting students based in London. UAL is home to 20,000+ students, all constantly deciding which brands to buy, use and trust for the first time, in line with their ethics and identity. Sponsoring this popular event is a great step towards establishing brand loyalty during and after their time at university.

SCH/001 BLAZING SADDLES
Blazing Saddles is a group of firefighters from Oldham Fire Station in Greater Manchester that raises funds for charity through cycling events. "Last year we completed the 'pure' 3 Peaks Challenge, cycling between Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowdon, after scaling each summit and cycling a distance of 500 miles in 3.5 days. We managed to raise a total of £15,000 for four charities - The Firefighters Charity, The Christie Charity, Sands and EDS. Next year, at the end of May, we intend to cycle from Kranj in Slovenia (Twin Town of Oldham) and back to Oldham, a distance of 1,200 miles in ten days. We are seeking sponsorship to cover costs and to assist us in raising as much money as possible for charity. We are planning to use a support vehicle which can display sponsors' logos and also have logos on our cycle tops. The event will also be covered in the local press - Manchester Evening News and Oldham Chronicle". Contact: P. Courtnell. Address: Oldham Fire Station, Lees Road, Oldham OL4 1JN. Tel.: 07828057565.
