Easynet sets sail for sponsorship of biggest ever Outward Bound TrustTM Cup Regatta

For the eighth year running, Easynet is sponsoring the prestigious Outward Bound TrustTM Diamond Cup Regatta. The 2008 regatta is the biggest ever - an international competition with nineteen boats and over a hundred Easynet customers and partners participating from across the world. This year the race takes place from 29th June to 1st July, in Port Solent in the UK.

Easynet, the International network and hosting company, has supported the Outward Bound Trust for many years, and is a Patron's Company Member. The regatta is a fun, challenging series of races for novice and expert sailors alike, aimed at giving Easynet's customers and partners an unforgettable experience as they race across the Solent.

David Rowe, Easynet's chief executive officer, will host this year's regatta. He commented: "We have a long history supporting the Outward Bound Trust, an incredibly valuable organisation. The Diamond Cup Regatta is always a fantastic event, and this year's looks set to be the best ever. For Easynet, providing an outstanding customer and partner experience is central to our business, and this Regatta provides exactly that".

Nick Barrett, CEO, Outward Bound, praised Easynet's contribution: "The Outward Bound Trust is immensely proud to be associated with Easynet once again, for this

year's Diamond Cup Regatta in the UK. Easynet's enthusiasm, commitment and dedication has enabled the event to grow significantly. Funds raised from this year's Regatta will be invested back into assisting more financially disadvantaged young people to attend courses run by The Outward Bound Trust".
