English National Ballet secures tour support from Sky and Artsworld
Sky and Artsworld has renewed its tenure as the English National Ballet's National Tour Sponsor in 2006.
ENB's six-week autumn 2006 tour takes in Manchester, Bristol, Southampton and Oxford. The season opens in Manchester with Derek Deane's Alice in Wonderland, which is then seen in all four venues, in addition to performances at the London Coliseum over the Christmas season.
Jon Florsheim, BSkyB's Chief Marketing Officer, was upbeat about the continuation of the deal: "As an entertainment company bringing a wide range of content to millions of people, Sky is delighted to once again be sponsoring English National Ballet's National Tour in 2006", he said. "Our continued partnership not only helps English National Ballet to put on its fantastic tour, but also gives great exposure to our dedicated arts channel Artsworld."
