The award was collected on behalf of the agency by three of brandRapport's employees of the year, Catherine Eastham, Vicky Selway-Swift and Lisa Todd. The agency received further recognition when Director, Nigel Currie received the Hollis Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Sponsorship Industry. Currie recently stepped down as Chairman of the European Sponsorship Association (ESA) after six years.Outstanding
brandRapport had an outstanding year in 2007. Both its strategic and activation divisions enjoyed significant growth and a number of new business wins added to the already impressive blue chip client list that now includes Vodafone, E.ON, Nationwide, UBS, Magners, BG Group, AXA, Lenova, LV, Thomas Cook Sport and adidas.
brandRapport has almost fifty employees, the majority of whom are based in the UK. The agency also has another office in Hong Kong, which was recently nominated for an award for its media and promotional campaign work for the Cathay Pacific/Standard Chartered Hong Kong Cricket Sixes event. brandRapport has also been short listed for the Sport Agency of the Year category at the Sport Industry Awards in May.

Commenting on the award, brandRapport's Managing Director, Andy Dwyer, said, "This is a huge accolade for everyone at the agency. We are extremely proud of what we have achieved in recent months. In December, brandRapport was acquired by QobliQ and this was the start of a number of acquisitions which will establish a network of agencies to operate across Europe, Asia Pacific and the USA.
