European Sponsorship Association (ESA) announces its new sponsorship forum series
The European Sponsorship Association (ESA) has launched a new series of sponsorship forums designed to stimulate debate and understanding of the key issues affecting the industry today.
The forums will bring together leading authorities and expert panels to present their ideas on the latest trends. These include Clive Richards – Wembley Stadium, Alan Ridley – UEFA and Toby Hester – T-Mobile. Group discussions will follow, allowing both speakers and delegates to debate the issues together.
Richard Moore, chairman of the ESA Education & Training Committee said: “What is most important is that we create an environment where there is an exchange of ideas so that senior people in the industry can work together to develop best practice”.
Held in London, the half-day forums will run in the morning and be followed by lunch, providing delegates with an opportunity to network.
The first ESA Sponsorship Forum, ‘Show Me the Money’ (30th March), is being held in association with the Financial Services Forum and will look at the latest developments for creating effective sponsorship strategies.
‘The Olympic Flame’ (27th April), will look at the impact London 2012 will have on the sponsorship market while ‘The Dating Game’ (11th May) will focus on the best strategies to use for finding the perfect sponsorship partner. The final forum will explore the ‘Power of the Press’ (25th May) and show how to achieve sponsorship coverage in the media.
