In 2007, Mike Noel-Smith will set off to finish a journey he started in 2003, to become the first ratified Guinness World Record holder for rowing across the Indian Ocean. Back in 2003, after nearly 2,000 miles and fifty days at sea, Mike and his partner Rob had to abandon the row due to injury and damage to their boat. But now they are back! Sponsorship is sought for Mike and his team to complete the final year of preparation. Mike is also able to offer management training, team development activities and coaching programmes for any business. The main benefits promised to sponsors will be multi-level, high profile exposure in national and world press and television, plus a documentary to follow the project.
