NATIONAL SAXOPHONE CHOIR COULD WORK ENSEMBLE WITH THEIR SPONSORS
The National Saxophone Choir is a 30-strong group of accomplished saxophone players, playing the full range of saxophones in all their various shapes and sizes: from the tiny sopranino to the enormous bass.
The group is seeking sponsorship to enable them to continue with their rehearsal and performance plans. Their concert debut at the CBSO centre in October was well received, and they will next be performing in the prestigious gala concert of the British Saxophone Congress in February 2005. Future performance aims include a national tour and further concert performances in the Birmingham area. The group is also active in commissioning new repertoire.
They are now seeking in-kind and/or cash support for rehearsal and Birmingham-based and national performances. Particular areas for in-kind sponsorship include rehearsal space, travel, conductor fees and print. In return, the group offers sponsors visibility through inclusion in concert print, advertising, the opportunity for corporate events associated with the group and the enhancement of brand image from involvement with a highly identifiable ensemble.
