BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION'S OPPORTUNITIES CAN SET THE PULSE RACING
The aim of the British Heart Foundation is to play a leading role in the fight against cardiovascular disease, so that it is no longer a major cause of disability and premature death.

Coronary heart disease is the most common cause of death in the UK. One in four men and one in six women die from it every year. Heart disease affects people of all ages and from all backgrounds and has a terrible impact on the lives of many individuals and their families. The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has made a real difference to the nation’s heart health, through forty years as a pioneer in medical research, patient care and education.

"Help us fight the UK’s biggest killer!" is their plea to sponsors. The BHF's Corporate Fundraising Department pro-actively forms partnerships with brands and products that support and enhance its work and message. Sponsorship of its major events and national campaigns is an opportunity to enhance the sponsor's brand and corporate image, by working with Britain’s leading heart charity. The organisation's pledge is that with sponsors' support they can continue to make a real difference.

Current opportunities

Campaigns – Heart Week and Valentine’s Week
Prestigious national and regional events – London to Brighton Bike Ride, Junior Golf, Walkabout
Educational materials – resources and information for healthcare professionals, children, etc.
Publications and videos on the work and issues of the BHF
