NATIONAL FOOTBALL MUSEUM COULD HIT THE SPOT FOR SPONSOR SUPPORTERS
The National Football Museum, based in Preston, Lancashire, offers a number of sponsorship opportunities associated with its 'journey through football's history'.
The 'first half' of the museum tells the story of how the game of football came to be invented, illustrating developments over the last 150 years and speculating on what the future is likely to hold for both players and supporters in years to come.
The museum's 'second half' is a themed, hands-on exhibition which examines different facets of the world of football, ranging from filmed table football (participants can see 'action replays' of moments from their game!) to the opportunity to take part in a special edition of Match of the Day, with Alan Hansen and Gary Lineker.
The museum's vast range of exhibits and interactive experiences is complemented by an 'Extra Time' feature - in the form of the museum's shop, which offers a selection of innovative gifts and souvenirs - and the 'Ground Cafe', which has an extensive choice of snacks and drinks.
