LONDON ORIANA CHOIR WOULD GIVE THEIR VOCAL SUPPORT TO SPONSORS
The London Oriana Choir boasts a position as one of Britain's leading amateur choirs and one of the most exciting choirs in London. Like many amateur choirs, it promotes five to six concerts a year in some of London's top venues. What makes it different is that the choir is young, with an average age of 30, and the resulting sound from its 100 strong membership is rich, clear and pure, with great energy and vitality in performance.

As well as its own concert series, the choir is often invited to sing for other organisations including BBC Television. Tours abroad are undertaken regularly and the choir has now made two CD recordings. Its repertoire is extremely varied, ranging from a cappella to jazz and from contemporary commissions to the great traditional choral masterpieces, accompanied by professional orchestras. For nine years, it was the leading choir for the annual BBC Christmas charity concert, Joy to the World, at the Albert Hall.

The choir has performed at London's major concert halls such as the South Bank, the Barbican, the Royal Albert Hall, St John's Smith Square and St James's Piccadilly. On its frequent tours abroad, the choir has sung in venues such as the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris, and the Pushkin Palace outside St. Petersburg, but also at the opening of the winter season of Disneyland Paris, at festivals in Aix-en-Provence, Strasbourg, Aachen and Cork, and at other major venues in Russia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Holland, France, Germany, Spain and Belgium.

Much more information about the London Oriana Choir, including details of the many sponsorship opportunities currently on offer, is available on the choir's website.
