Notting Hill Orchestra for Film Music offers a wide repertoire of classic sponsorship opportunities
The Notting Hill Orchestra for Film Music is a newly-formed, London-based orchestra made up of both professional and non-professional musicians.
The purpose of the orchestra is to perform exclusively film music, popular classical pieces and arranged popular songs.
Notting Hill Orchestra for Film Music provides its members with a vehicle for enjoying and developing their musical talents and encourages awareness and appreciation of film music among its members and the public at large.
"The orchestra offered its first concert in October 2014, just three months after it was founded, performing selected film soundtracks and popular classical works. The feedback was fantastic and many people who attended immediately expressed interest in future performances.
"The second concert was in April 2015 and tickets were completely sold out.
"Notting Hill Orchestra for Film Music is funded principally by non-professional member subscriptions and by concert ticket sales, but we need to rely on additional sources of income such as corporate sponsorship in order to grow and improve the quality of our performances. Money we raise through sponsorship allows us to pay for our professional musicians and music hire and thus to continue to bring our music to the local area.
"It also allows us to pay for film music repertoire copyrights that would otherwise be impossible for our players and audiences to enjoy.
"For sponsors, our website and concert programmes provide opportunities to bring your organisation to a wider audience, thus potentially generating new customer leads, and also enhancing your organisation's reputation in the community through sponsorship of the arts.
"We have several sponsorship packages designed to mutually benefit corporate sponsors as well as the orchestra".
