Publicity surrounding Soundcastle's multi-arts festival in Bloomsbury is sure to fortify a sponsor's campaign

Vibrant, award-winning music collective Soundcastle are seeking sponsorship for a multi-arts festival in Bloomsbury, June 2013.

This young, dynamic quartet has previously received support from organisations including Deutsche Bank, Museum of London and Bloomsbury Festival.

"Don't miss out on this opportunity to get involved with an event that already has Bloomsbury buzzing! By sponsoring this festival you will not only receive great publicity in the heart of London (through listings on marketing material/programmes) but also the opportunity to participate in unique creative music making, should you so wish!

"Here's the story of this project so far ...

The Wilding Festival: 13th to 16th June, 2013 - a multi-arts festival inspired by the remarkable story of suffragette Emily Wilding Davison.

"On the 14th June, 1913, 6,000 women dressed in white marched through the streets of London to pay their respects to Emily Wilding Davison at St George's Church, Bloomsbury. This young woman lost her life in a dramatic act of protest when she placed herself in the path of the King's horse to highlight the cause of women's suffrage.

"On the 100th anniversary of her momentous memorial service, the doors of St George's will once again be opened in her name, for an eclectic and provocative programme of new art works and performances. We invite our audience to experience, consider and challenge the resonance of Emily's legacy in our modern lives.

"Curated by London-based arts collective Soundcastle, in partnership with the Museum of London and St George's Bloomsbury, the festival will present dynamic and discursive new music, theatre, dance, arts performance, collaboration, discussion and intergenerational community engagement in this spectacular and immersive setting.

"If you are interested in supporting this project then we would love to hear from you. Whether it be financial, logistical, technical or help-in-kind, your offer will be much appreciated. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise and seek to promote a love of music, art and local heritage throughout Bloomsbury.

    Mission Statement:
"Soundcastle is a pioneering arts collective which creates original music through a diverse range of collaborations. Our artistic ethos is to engage first and foremost with the people and the place with which we are working. Our mission is to

- explore exciting and inspiring approaches to music making

- promote music as an individual and collective voice

- make links within and between communities.

     Professional Testimonial:
'Soundcastle are an exciting, high quality, innovative ensemble established by musicians on the Guildhall Masters Leadership Programme. The ensemble consists of four excellent portfolio musicians who have much to offer society at large as performers, creative collaborators, leaders and teachers. The collective artistic and educational experience of these individuals will make Soundcastle more than the sum of its parts and bring new and extraordinary experiences to a wide range of people in a variety of contexts', Sean Gregory, Director of Creative Learning, Barbican/Guildhall.

"Let's celebrate local heritage through music, song and dance. Join us to both spread your name and raise awareness of an inspirational new festival!"
