"The most romantic name in Rugby League" - Featherstone Rovers flag up sponsorship opportunities

Featherstone Rovers RLFC is an ambitious Rugby League club, currently playing in the Co-operative Championship and holders of the 2010 League Leader Shield.

The club was referred to by Colin Murray on BBC Radio Five Live during a recent Challenge Cup draw as "The most romantic name in Rugby League".

Featherstone Rovers has an illustrious history, including lifting the Challenge Cup three times, and being winners of the Championship and Yorkshire Cup winners on two occasions. Its stadium, located on Post Office Road, has a current capacity of over 6,500.

"The club is the cornerstone of the local community and we have a vibrant community department who visit approximately fifty local schools on a regular basis throughout the year, reaching out to over 20,000 children.

"First team games are regularly selected to be screened live on Sky Sports and feature heavily in the local and regional press.

"We offer a vast array of sponsorship opportunities, ranging from shirt sponsorship (First Team, Reserves, U18's Academy and U16's and U15's Scholarship) to stadium naming rights, stand sponsorship, pitchside perimeter advertising (3m x 1.2m or 5m x 1.2m) and match day programme advertising.

"We also offer match day sponsorship packages such as Main Match Sponsor, Man of the Match, Match Ball and Champagne Moment, which all include full pre- and post-match hospitality".
