Sky's the limit for sponsors who support second series of Brit Asia Super Star

Brit Asia Super Star is a nationwide search to find the next big British Asian singing sensation.

Already well-established - this will be the second series - Brit Asia Super Star is the first ever British Asian singing contest that aims to uncover and nurture fresh talent. British Asians have been creating a stir in the entertainment world for quite some time.

Artists like Jay Sean and Raghav have pushed British Asian music into the mainstream, M.I.A. featured on an Oscar-winning soundtrack – Slumdog Millionaire - RDB have conquered Bollywood and now Brit Asia Super Star aims to discover a new star for 2010.

The exciting contest will give budding singers the opportunity not only to show off their talents to a studio audience and on national TV but also to have the chance to perform in front of, and to work with, leading British Asian artists, music industry representatives and celebrities.

Showcase

The final twelve will be voted to the finals by the public and a celebrity judge panel will help in selecting the 2010 winner of Brit Asia Super Star, who will win a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to launch their career with an exclusive recording contract.

Amateur or professional, bathroom singer or trained vocalist, people and groups of all standards are invited to participate and showcase their talents for the chance to become the next super star.

Brit Asia Super Star is exclusively presented by Brit Asia TV and the auditions and contest stages will be aired on Sky Channel 833 from November, providing entrants with fantastic exposure across Europe.
