Using City Lights' new comedy, Dogging, as a vehicle for sponsorship could be illuminating
City Lights Theatre Company presents Dogging, a new comedy by Tony Higgins at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern on December 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2009.
Matt Ian Kelly, director of The Gaydar Diaries and However Do You Want Me, presents a show like you've never seen before. Prepare to cast aside your inhibitions as he invites you to assume the role of voyeur to the weird and wonderful antics of a night's dogging.
All the action takes place in the authentic setting of the car park at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern.
This outdoor, site-specific production is not so much titillating as scintillating and offers a unique take on a slice of British life usually reserved for the Sunday tabloids and is a chance for the audience to draw their own conclusions.
"We are looking for a partner that sees this play's commercial potential to work with us post-December as we look towards a longer London run next year and potentially a festival.
"We are a young, creative and exciting company that's open to discussing new ideas and ways in which to work together that will mutually benefit both organisations. Please contact me should you wish to see the show at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern in December and to discuss this matter further".
