It's no accident that RoSPA offers a range of attractive opportunitiesRoSPA's mission is to save lives and reduce injuries. RoSPA was established over ninety years ago and is concerned with safety in the home, on the road, at work, and in water and leisure activities.
It also actively promotes safety education. Each year the Society attracts new sponsors and members and develops existing relationships with key corporate partners.
In 2009, RoSPA won a grant from the DCSF to run the Child Safety Education Coalition, which aims to provide children with practical safety and risk education.
Both Safe At Home and the National Home Safety Equipment Scheme are also run by the charity and aim to provide information and home safety equipment to disadvantaged homes with the highest accident rates.
RoSPA also has a new Youth Liaison Officer who is working with young people to ensure their safety in the workplace.
