Electrolux is headline sponsor of the Capital's coolest food festival
Electrolux will play a prominent role in London's biggest winter food festival this year, as headline sponsor of Taste of London Winter.
From 20th to 23rd November, food fever will take a grip in London's East End as some of the country's most talented chefs inspire and inform food lovers with their culinary prowess - using Electrolux's state of the art ovens and hobs.
Located a stone's throw from Shoreditch in Tobacco Dock, Taste of London Winter (formerly known as Taste of Christmas) will be a winter feast for the senses and will celebrate the thriving, diverse and truly exciting London restaurant scene. This year's festival theme is 'Forgotten Foods' and will celebrate our culinary heritage.
Electrolux's Michelin starred partner chefs Tom Kitchen, Colin Mcgurran and Francesco Mezzei will be cooking up gastronomic delights in the Electrolux feature areas: the Electrolux Taste Theatre will host an array of world class chefs and up and coming talent, showcasing their culinary skills including Atul Kochhar, Michel Roux Jr, Monica Galetti, Raymond Blanc, Theo Randall and Valentine Warner, while the hugely popular Electrolux Chefs' Secrets will give visitors the opportunity to get up close and personal with culinary legends in an interactive cooking demonstration, whilst also getting hands on with the latest steam and induction technology.
A new feature from Electrolux for 2014, first showcased at Taste of London, is Electrolux Secret Ingredient.
Secret Ingredient will empower and expand the cooking capabilities of aspiring home cooks by giving visitors an unforgettable sensory experience involving sound, smell, touch and taste using naturally sourced, matched seasonal ingredients.
