Snooker: Wyldecrest sponsors Players Championship
World Snooker has announced that Wyldecrest Parks will sponsor the Players Championship Grand Final for the first time.
The tournament at the Guild Hall in Preston, to be known as the Wyldecrest Park Homes Players Championship Grand Final, will run from March 25th to 29th and feature thirty-two of the world's leading players battling for the £100,000 top prize.
World Champion Ronnie O'Sullivan, world number one Neil Robertson, Chinese ace and defending champion Ding Junhui, plus John Higgins and Shaun Murphy will be among those competing for the trophy.
Wyldecrest is one of the largest residential mobile park home and holiday lodge operators in the UK, priding itself on having high quality parks and giving residents a peaceful and stress free life.
World Snooker Chairman Barry Hearn said: "Wyldecrest have shown tremendous support for snooker by sponsoring a range of tournaments in recent years. The tournament will be televised live on British Eurosport, Eurosport and broadcasters throughout Asia to an audience of millions so they will receive fantastic exposure.
