Nunney International Horse Trials introduces title sponsorship lottery
The title sponsor at this year's Nunney International Horse Trials could pay as little as £100 to have the event named after their company.
A new lottery-style sponsorship scheme has been introduced to encourage greater involvement from businesses and individuals at Nunney and also help make sponsorship at the event affordable.
Tickets for the lottery cost £100 each and everyone who purchases a lottery ticket will be entered into a draw from which the title sponsor will be drawn.
As an official sponsor businesses will have their name in the event's programme and they will be invited to a special party at the beginning of April when the winner will be drawn. Individual fence sponsors will also be entered into the draw.
The title sponsorship prize includes a table for eight in the hospitality tent on each of the three days the event takes place, car passes for each guest and on the Sunday the company's name on the number bibs for the CIC2* and official sponsorship of the CIC2* and intermediate classes, except the under 18 open intermediate.
Their name will also be carried on banners, and advertising. A second prize is day sponsorship of Saturday, and the third ticket drawn will be day sponsor of Friday's competition.
Sponsors are not just restricted to one ticket, and can buy as many as they want to increase their chances of winning.
