The British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA) is gearing up to celebrate its tenth anniversary as the presenting sponsor of The Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe Park, from 7th to 9th August, 2015.

BETA, the official representative body for the equestrian manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, will be marking the occasion with a range of initiatives aimed at competitors and visitors. These include a BETA@Gatcombe snap or selfie competition and the unveiling of a limited edition BETA doggy bandana.

BETA are sponsoring The Pony Club Team Show Jumping Competition and this year a special commemorative BETA stable plaque will be presented to all participants in The Pony Club Team Show Jumping Competition and The Pony Club Mounted Games.

To further celebrate, BETA will be presenting a special award the BETA Anniversary Trophy, a perpetual trophy for the highest-placed first time completer in The British Eventing Open Championship.

The trade association's Executive Director, Claire Williams, commented: "BETA has developed a fantastic partnership with The Festival of British Eventing and although every event is special, this one is going to be quite an occasion for us. We really value the special blend of top class competition combined with the great family atmosphere at Gatcombe Park, which has given us a wonderful opportunity to promote our work and fly the flag for rider safety".

BETA will also be running its famous BETA Luxury Equestrian Hamper Prize Draw with £1,500 worth of goodies for horse and rider, running the BETA Best Stand Awards and hosting the BETA Tradestand Holders' Breakfast - so it will be a Festival to remember.
