ids and News of the World in LIVING sponsorship deal for Fabulous magazine

ids, the integrated advertising solutions company, has announced a new broadcast sponsorship deal with News of the World on LIVING, the Virgin Media Television owned channel.

The sponsorship ran during this last weekend, Friday, 13th to Sunday, 15th March and will be run again from next Friday, 20th to Sunday, 22nd March. It is being used to promote Fabulous magazine, Britain's biggest weekly glossy magazine which is given away free only with the News of the World. Fabulous magazine is promoted as a "must have" for fashion, beauty, celebrity exclusives and real-life interviews.

News of the World and Fabulous are sponsoring ten hours per day of top LIVING programming on each of the six days that the partnership is live.

Top LIVING shows included in the deal are Will & Grace, Boston Legal, CSI and new LIVING commission, Pop Goes the Band.

The agreement was brokered between Toby Roberts, Commercial Development Manager, ids, Jaymesh Patel, Agency Sales Group Head, ids and Brendan McAuley, Account Manager, Mindshare.

Virgin Media Television (VMtv) has eight wholly-owned channels: LIVING, LIVING2, Bravo, Bravo 2, Challenge, Challenge Jackpot, Trouble and Virgin1.

 

 
 

The company's portfolio spans pay and free-to-air television - reaching over twenty-four million adult viewers each month - and has a growing presence on broadband, mobile and on-demand platforms. VMtv is also BBC Worldwide's 50% partner in the UKTV portfolio of ten channels.
