green.tv is a new broadband TV channel dedicated to environmental issues. The channel is supported by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). green.tv is looking for sponsors for the main site and also for the seven channels of programming (air, land, water, climate change, people, pollution and species). It is also looking for sponsors of the three types of programming within each channel (news, features and kids' programmes). green.tv and UNEP will launch their very own environmental film awards. The green.tv/UNEP Environmental Film Awards will also offer sponsorship opportunities. green.tv will be established as a charity and launches on March 20th, 2006. To see the pilot site, visit
