SOUTHAMPTON INSTITUTE OFFERS BROAD CURRICULUM OF SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
Southampton Institute is the largest general college of higher education in the UK, with a reputation for providing its students with quality, vocational education. It can now offer businesses the opportunity to influence the rising professionals - the "shapers" of the future.

Many sponsorship opportunities are available, eg in connection with the college's full time prospectus, which reaches over 50,000 potential students; on its website, which attracts around 3,000,000 hits a year from people interested in higher education; at its events (open days, professorial lectures, conferences, etc.); via sports sponsorship of one of the Institute's student teams, who compete (successfully) around the country; via an association with courses and course material; or by supporting the arts at the Institute's public venue, the Millais Gallery.

Today (14th March), Lord Montagu of Beaulieu will be opening the Richard Eurich centenary exhibition at the Millais Gallery. Lord Montagu is an honorary graduate, and he will be accompanied by his son, the Honourable Ralph Montagu. The exhibition, Richard Eurich (1903-1992) Visionary Artist, is borrowing artefacts from the Shell Advertising Art Collection at Beaulieu Motor Museum. Lord Montagu knew Richard Eurich, as he lived in Dibden Purlieu, and has some of his works. The exhibition will run until 28th April.

The college already enjoys links with many companies including Southampton TV, Aramark Ltd., Exxon Mobil, Marina Developments Ltd. and Red Bull.
